About Us

Hello! My name is Daria Maneeva, and I am the founder and chocolatier behind our chocolate studio.

I am a wife, a mother of three children, and a follower of Jesus Christ. Four years ago, our family moved to the United States after the war changed our lives, bringing with us our experience, values, and a dream to continue creating something meaningful.

I graduated as a Food Technology Engineer and have worked in the confectionery industry for more than 10 years, with over 8 years dedicated specifically to artisan chocolate. Before moving to the U.S., I was honored to receive a government grant to launch my own food production business and trained with some of Russia's leading master chocolatiers.

Today, every chocolate I create reflects not only professional knowledge and craftsmanship but also care, attention to detail, and a genuine love for the people who enjoy it. I believe that exceptional chocolate begins with exceptional ingredients, thoughtful techniques, and the desire to create moments that bring people together.
